Business Development Senior Executive or AM

About the New Project

The new project is part of one of India’s leading EMS manufacturing entities who have ventured into the washing machine space by tying up with one of the world’s leading washing machine brands to manufacture, distribute and control the entire lifecycle of the product. We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious and energetic Business Development Senior Executive / Assistant Manager who will help us expand our clientele and will be the front of the company to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with customers.

Job Description

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
  • Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
  • Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met
  • Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned
  • Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning
  • Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious and energetic factory operations head who will oversee the overall manufacturing process in the plant to ensure optimized production.

Job Description

  • Supervising and directing the technical personnel responsible for every stage of production to ensure manufacture of high quality and cost effective product.
  • Oversee the planning and organization of a production process and ensure availability of necessary material, equipment, and labour resources required for a project.
  • Prepare cost estimates and budget required for a manufacturing proposal.
  • Overseeing the selection and procurement of manufacturing raw materials.
  • Design and implement plans for the effective use of material and labour resources to achieve manufacturing target
  • Supervise the operations of manufacturing personnel to ensure a manufacturing process is within budget and time schedule
  • Oversee the hiring, orienting, and training of technical production employees to ensure a competent workforce
  • Conduct studies and research to discover a more effective approach to production
  • Monitor a manufacturing team to ensure operations are in compliance with health and safety standards
  • Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
  • Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
  • Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
  • Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.

Product Development Manager

About Our Client

Our client is one of India’s leading EMS manufacturing entities who has ventured into the washing machine space by tying up with one of the world’s leading washing machine brands to manufacture, distribute and control the entire lifecycle of the product. We are looking for a dynamic product manager who will manage the product lifecycle from conception to delivery for multiple brand portfolios.

Job Description

  • Responsible of washing machine product planning activity by gaining information from sales forecast
  • Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
  • Define the product strategy and roadmap
  • Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
  • Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
  • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
  • Ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals
  • Create accurate PSI with inventory level as needed
  • Be an expert with respect to the competition
  • Create product development plans by supplying the right product/price/place on time to the Indian Market and control the PSI properly
  • Create market analysis by understanding market needs and happening (3C/PEST/SWOT/Competitor Info)
  • Create product strategy by analysing growth potential and the marketability of the product segment, and make a 3-years roadmap for each washing machine product category
  • Demonstrate, present, activate product and have knowledge to advertise and promote washing machine product
  • Optimize sales by choosing an optimal distributors
  • Negotiate with distributors, address cross-cutting product planning to maximize procurement
  • Coordinate with sales teams, understand the big picture of washing machine products in the Indian market and helps to facilitate execution via proper communication and coordination

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Electronics Engineering/related majors
  • Has managerial-level experience in the home appliances industry
  • Work experience of 5years or more, preferably in marketing/product planning relations/functions
  • Preferably has sell in OR sell out experience in washing machine products
  • Capable to starting and finishing the job by self-initiative with less instruction and supervision
  • Capacity building of him/herself through training based on his professional knowledge and experience
  • Fluency in English language
  • Complex based on professional knowledge, should be able to guide the team in problem resolution
  • Presentable and articulate; excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and nonverbal)
  • Thriving at Microsoft office (PowerPoint/Excel/Word)
  • Logical and analytical minded, detail oriented, comfortable with numbers
  • Preferably from the Washing Machine industry
  • Minimum 5 years of experience and maximum 8 years of experience
